What Makes This Women's Circle Different?

ree

In my first blog update last week, I shared the WHY behind this mastermind circle when I touched upon, the loneliness, rivalry, and burnout that so many executive women face.

Today, let’s talk about the WHAT — what this circle really is, and what makes it different from the countless peer groups, networks, or retreats you’ve seen before.

This isn’t about collecting business cards or adding more to your plate.

It’s about:

  • Belonging: Replacing isolation with authentic connection.

  • Clarity: Gaining perspective through the insights of women who’ve walked the same road.

  • Refuge: Having one confidential space where you can finally exhale.

Case in point: a leader I worked with recently told me the most valuable thing wasn’t the strategies she learned—it was the relief of finally being in a space where she didn’t have to explain herself.  Because every woman in the room already got it.💥

Now, I know objections come up.

You may be thinking:

  • Is this really different from other peer groups? (Yes—it’s intentionally small, curated, and built for vulnerability, not performance).

  • Will other women truly show up authentically? (They have to—because this circle asks for the kind of honesty that surface-level groups can’t).

  • Is the cost worth it? (Think of the cost of staying burned out, stuck, or unsupported—it’s far higher).

Alone we can do so little. Together we can do so much. -Helen Keller

In my next update, I’ll share HOW this circle works and the kind of transformation you can expect.

Until then, I’d love to hear from you: What’s the one thing you’d need from a women’s circle like this to make it truly valuable?

♥️Today I will be fearless. Today I am grateful.
