The HER Table

Collective

Pull up a seat. You don't have to perform here.

Limited to 4-6 women per virtual cohort | June cohort now forming

For women leaders who look successful on the outside — but feel stretched, isolated, and quietly exhausted on the inside.

A private circle for high-performing women who are done carrying it alone.

“A rare space where high-performing women can exhale, be fully themselves, and grow stronger together—without pressure or pretense.”
-Executive Leader

WHAT IT IS:

This isn’t about doing more. It's about finally having a place to put it all down.

This isn't another leadership program or networking group. It's a circle of women who get it. Women who are done pretending. Women who are tired of silent rivalries and carrying the weight alone.

Women who want something deeper:

Real connection.

Real belonging.

Real conversations.

The Table You've Been Missing

Does this sound familiar?

On the outside you look like you have it all together the title, the presence, the salary, the respect.
But on the inside... it feels different.

  • You've poured years into building your career, but somewhere along the way your sense of identity and joy slipped away.

  • You’re overwhelmed, stretched thin, and quietly wondering: Is this all there is?”

  • You’ve hit a level of success that should feel good, but instead it feels isolating and lonely.

  • You’ve experienced the subtle undercurrent of rivalry — exclusion, second guessing, and quiet tension that makes you wonder who you can really trust.

  • You’re burned out but walking away isn't an option. Too many people depend on you.

  • So you armor up, fake the smile, nod in the meetings… while quietly fraying inside.

  • You long for a space where you don’t have to have the answers, where you can lay down the armor, and still be valued and respected.

You don't need more advice. You don't need to 'push through.'
You need a space where you can take off the armor and still be seen as strong.

That's why the HER Table Collective exists. Because no woman should have to lead alone.

The HER Table Collective Isn't For Everyone

If you're looking for a networking group, a quick fix or somewhere to collect business cards — this isn't it.

This table is for you if:

  • You're over 40 and have build real success, but success no longer feels like enough

  • You're stretched in every direction and quietly wondering how much longer you can sustain it

  • You've experienced rivalry, exclusion, or the invisible weight of being, "the one everyone relies on"

  • You're craving real connection with women that actually  get it, not surface-level small talk

My          :

This isn’t another leadership training. It’s not a networking event where you share your résumé and move on. My vision is simple: A circle, not a stage.

A place where women leaders don’t need to perform or pretend. Because too many women are quietly unraveling behind a polished exterior — carrying careers, families, expectations, and the invisible weight of being "the one everyone relies on."

The HER Table Collective is my answer to that reality.
A sanctuary where vulnerability is not a weakness, it's a strength
A confidential, judgment-free space where you can take off the armor and still be seen as powerful

A place to navigate both leadership and life, because they're not separate

This isn't about becoming someone new. It's about reconnecting with who you already are alongside women who say, “Me too. I’ve got you.”

Always forward. Never straight.

Vision

Why Women Leaders Join The HER Table Collective

This isn’t just about joining a table. It’s about stepping into the kind of space most women leaders realize they need, but rarely have access to.

➔ Your Voice Matters: This is not a passive experience. The strength of the circle comes from wisdom, experiences, and perspectives that each woman brings to it.
➔ Your Rate Is Locked In: When you join a cohort, your investment remains the same for as long as you continue in the circle.
➔ Intentionally Small: Each cohort is limited to 4-6 women to protect the depth, trust, and psychological safety of the space.
➔ Women Who Understand: Leadership can be deeply rewarding and deeply isolating. This is a space where you don't have to explain your experience to be understood.
➔ Curated Membership: Members are invited to recommend other thoughtful women leaders to preserve the integrity and trust of each cohort.

Why now? Because success alone isn't enough and you're ready for a different kind of support.

“What makes this different is the complete absence of competition.”
— Executive Leader

What You'll Gain

➔ Belonging: Replace isolation with authentic connection. Walk away with a circle of women who not only understand, but have your back.

➔ Clarity: Gain Fresh perspective on navigating burnout, stress, rivalry, and the hidden costs of leadership. Experience the relief of having trusted women at your side whose insights cut through the noise.

➔ Identity: Reclaim the self you've lost under constant performance. Redefine success in a way that includes you, not just your title.

➔ Refuge: A safe, judgment-free space where you can finally exhale. Where you’re valued for who you are, not just what you achieve, where you can share the things you can’t say anywhere else.

➔ Relatability:  Connection with women who say, "Me too," not, "What's wrong with you?" The relief of being understood, not judged, dismissed, or told to “just push through.

➔ Sisterhood: Experience what it feels like to be fully supported by women at the top who genuinely have your back.No competition, rivalry, or the fear that someone’s waiting for you to stumble.

➔ Strength: Resilience without the armor. The confidence to stand firm, set boundaries, and lead without losing yourself.

If you’re over 40, feeling stretched in every direction, and wondering how much longer you can keep carrying it all, this room is for you.

A weekend at the spa won’t fix this. Another self-help book won’t fix this. Because when you walk back into the office Monday morning, the demands, 'just don’t go away.'

This circle isn’t a band-aid. It’s a long-term investment in your leadership, identity, and sanity.

You can enter the next 6-months stretched thin, exhausted, and alone. Or you can enter them reconnected, supported, and finally seen.

“I sometimes feel alone in my journey as a business owner… this gave me a trusted space to connect with other women who truly understand the grind.”
— Business Owner

Not Another Networking Group.

This is sanctuary

A confidential, judgement-free space where you don't need the mask or all of the answers, you just need to show up.

Each cohort is intentionally small (8-10 women) because intimacy creates trust. The tighter the group, the deeper the connection.

Yes, we’ll talk about work, the weight of leading in male-dominated industries, carrying the load as the primary breadwinner, navigating constant performance pressure. But we’ll also go deeper, into the personal. Aging parents. Kids. Marriage. Menopause. Pets. All the hidden layers of being a woman in power who is still human.

This is the one room where you can bring  your whole self.

No competition.

No judgment.

Just truth, vulnerability, and women, who 100%, get it.

Why This Table. Why Me.

My name is Dr. Amber Tichenor—an I/O Psychologist, researcher, and author of Behind Frenemy Lines.

My work focuses on what most leadership spaces ignore: the hidden dynamics women face at the top: rivalry, isolation, burnout and identity loss.

I've studied it and I've lived it.

I know what it's like to operate at a high level while carrying the pressure behind the scenes. That why I created this table. Not as another program, but as a space where women can be real, supported, and fully themselves.

Because no woman should have to do this alone.

Most women at your level don't talk about how hard this actually is.

That doesn't mean you're the only one feeling it.

“I feel more grounded, present,

and deeply grateful.”

Frequently
Asked
Questions:

  • How much time does it take? Minimally, the time commitment is 90-minutes a month. It can be more depending upon how much you want to interact and be involved (on the private platform)

  • Is the table confidential? Yes, everything is absolutely confidential. Participants will be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), to ensure that what's shared in the circle, stays in the circle. If there's illegal activity, or harm to self or others, confidentiality may be broken if legally required

  • Why do I have to formally apply? The application process (in-person or via a Zoom call), ensures commitment and participation responsibility, as well as ensuring it's the 'right fit' for all members as to their desired outcomes and shared values.

  • Do I have to sign a contract? Yes. All participants will sign a formal agreement that outlines the expectations, commitment and shared values

  • What if I miss a session? I get it, life happens! Sessions will be recorded (if agreed upon by all members), to ensure you won't miss out on anything.

  • How is it different from coaching or networking groups? This is a sanctuary, the space you’ve been missing—where women at the top stop faking fine and cut through the BS. Instead of surface advice or small talk, it’s an intimate group where executive women can find real belonging, resilience, and sisterhood , focused on vulnerability and support.

  • Who's this 6-month cohort for? It's for women 40 years and older who: *Are senior-execs that may be the breadwinner in their family; *despite having an impressive title and outward success, often feel lost, exhausted and unseen; *are entrepreneurs owning a business; *are stressed out, burnt out, yet are unable to simply, 'walk away.'; *Feel isolated, undercut by female rivalry and are struggling with identity outside of work; and crave 'being known' in a space where they don't have to be 'on.

  • How many women per cohort? Each HER Table is intentionally limited to 4–6 women to create the depth, trust, and honesty that larger groups often struggle to hold.

  • Do the women in the group already know each other? Not necessarily. The HER Table Collective includes women from different cities, industries, and life experiences who are connected less by geography and more by what they’re navigating, professionally and personally. Some of the most meaningful conversations happen with women who were never part of your everyday world, but somehow understand you immediately.

  • Can my company sponsor my seat? Yes. If your company/ organization wants to sponsor your seat they may do so if they follow the payment procedures. I'm happy to fill out any necessary paperwork to do so. The seat however, is for you, and will remain confidential to you, (i.e -no info will be shared with your company by me, that's between you/ them)!

  • What happens after 6 months? There's a 6-month commitment to participate in this unique cohort. At the end of 6-months you'll be invited to sign up for the following program (at your same locked in rate for as long as you continue in the group).

  • What if I don't like it, can I get a refund? Because this is a small, high-touch group, all sales are final. Refunds are not offered. If there are medical reasons we can talk off-line and come to an agreement.

  • Can you kick people out of the collective? I reserve the right to remove a participant for breach of confidentiality, non-payment, or harmful behavior. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
