How much time does it take? The time commitment depends upon the level you sign up for. Minimally, it's 90-minutes a month. It can be more depending upon how much you want to interact and be involved.

Is the Circle confidential? Yes, everything is absolutely confidential. Participants will be asked to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), to ensure that what's shared in the circle, stays in the circle. If there's illegal activity, or harm to self or others, confidentiality may be broken if legally required.

Why do I have to formally apply? The application process (via a phone call), ensures commitment and participation responsibility, as well as ensuring it's the 'right fit' for all members as to their desired outcomes and shared values.

Do I have to sign a contract? Yes. All participants will sign a formal agreement that outlines the expectations, commitment and shared values.

What if I miss a session? I get it, life happens! Sessions will be recorded (if agreed upon by all members), to ensure you won't miss out on anything.

Can my company sponsor my seat? Yes. If your company/ organization wants to sponsor your seat they may do so if they follow the payment procedures. The seat however, is for you, and will remain confidential to you, (i.e -no info will be shared with your company by me -- that is between you/ them).
